Dear Mr. Fager: We just wanted to let you know how much we truly appreciated you helping us with our balancing problem on the hub adaptor. None of our sources here in Indianapolis were able to handle the problem. Due to the fact that we had never dealt with your company in the past it meant a lot that you gave us priority service in a timely manner. The adapter is for one of our main customers and we were trying to do a favor for them. Little did we know it would turn into a “bag of worms”. But with your help we were able to redeem ourselves. My company manufactures industrial rolls for the paper, plastics & advanced composite industries. 80% of these rolls require Dynamic balancing. We have considered many times purchasing our own in-house balancing equipment. Hi Tek has done an excellent job for us over the last 7 years in regards to quality, pricing and turn around time. Because of this excellent service we still have not purchased in-house equipment and have no plans to in the future. Thank You Hi Tek
